Use Power for the normal shutdown
The Power button is at the left end of the control panel. Hold it for around two or three seconds until its light starts blinking, then wait for the printer to finish switching off.

Hold Power for about two or three seconds. Release it when the light starts blinking. After a few seconds, the light should go out as shutdown finishes.
Step 2:If Power does not respond
The presenter’s fallback is to disconnect the power cable from the socket at the back of the printer. Use that as the fallback for an unresponsive printer rather than interrupting an ordinary shutdown that is still in progress.
The video does not test the effect of cutting power during a print, cleaning cycle or firmware update, so its reassurance about unplugging should not be read as a guarantee for every printer state.
Check that the power light has gone out
For the normal method, wait until the blinking ends and the power indicator is off. The rear connection shown in the video identifies where to disconnect power if the button method fails.
